Who We Are

Blue 31 Incorporated is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to building strong football pathways across Launceston and Northern Tasmania. 

We support the Launceston Church Grammar School (LCGS) football program, the Old Launcestonians Football Club (OLFC), the development of a new junior football club based in Inveresk, and the broader community in Northern Tasmania through the delivery of outreach programs that promote participation, education and wellbeing in the broader community.

This is where football becomes a pathway — not just to senior teams, but to stronger schools, clubs and communities across Northern Tasmania. When pathways are strong, football doesn’t just develop players; it builds leadership, connection and impact that lasts.

Our Areas of Focus

Pathways & Performance 

• Developing clear pathways for boys and girls from Auskick, School and junior football through to senior football at OLFC or beyond. 

International Player Program (IPP) 

• Connecting overseas athletes from Australian Rules playing nations such as Ireland, Great Britain, USA, Canada, PNG, Fiji, Nauru New Zealand and to OLFC.

Education & Wellbeing 

• Supporting athletes with study, work, life skills and welfare programs. 

Community Outreach 

• Delivering clinics, school programs, and multicultural engagement opportunities across Launceston and Northern Tasmania.
